Pastor Mike Rotman came to Lebanon Baptist Church in July 2013. Mike is a 1980 graduate of Shakamak High School and holds degrees from Indiana State University (B.A), Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (MDiv.), and Grace Theological Seminary (DMin.).  Mike teaches and preaches the Bible from an evangelical and reformed perspective and follows the writers and speakers of the Gospel Coalition.

Ordained with the American Baptist Churches USA, he has pastored churches throughout the midwest for the past 38 years. Mike and his wife Cindy have been married for 30 years and have two grown children (Michael and Jessica). They are also have two German Shepherd rescues (Hawkeye and Trapper John).

Pastor Mike enjoys singing and playing his guitar and listening to 70's music and classic praise and worship.  He and Cindy are avid IU women's basketball fans.
